Yes! We offer three levels of Design Assistance for our Creative Printing and Laser Engraved products to fit your needs:

• Basic Setup – resizing and positioning your file so it’s print-ready.

• Standard Layout – arranging provided images, text, or logos into a professional layout.

• Full Custom Design – a complete design built from your concept.
  Each level includes revisions so you’ll know your product will look just right.

Yes — our Creative Printing and Laser Engraving products allow you to upload your own artwork directly to create your design or use our product designer. If you’d rather have us create the layout for you, simply select Design Assistance when ordering.

We specialize in three areas:

• Creative Printing – sublimation mugs & tumblers, custom invitations, vinyl stickers, and window & door lettering.

• Laser Engraving – wood plaques, bamboo cutting boards, slate coasters & boards, leather keychains & luggage tags, and powder-coated tumblers.

• 3D Printing – production of parts from print-ready files (STL/STEP or public model links). Note: Custom 3D modeling is not currently offered.

No. At this time, we only produce parts from print-ready files provided by customers or linked from public model sources.

A print-ready file should be:

• The correct size for your product

• In a high-resolution format (PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF depending on product)

• Properly cropped and free of extra backgrounds
  If you’re not sure, we recommend adding Design Assistance to ensure your file is properly prepared.

We use premium materials chosen for durability and quality, including:

• Oracal 651 vinyl for window & door lettering

• FDA-compliant ceramic mugs with Pearl Coating™

• Powder-coated stainless steel tumblers

• Genuine slate, bamboo, and walnut for engraved goods
  This ensures every item is both professional and long-lasting.

Most products are ready in 3–5 business days. Some engraved or bulk orders may take longer depending on complexity. You’ll receive an estimated timeline with your order.

Yes! We ship across the United States. Products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

Yes — we can handle both single items and bulk orders. Larger orders may qualify for volume discounts depending on the product. Contact us at [email protected] for a custom quote.

Yes — mugs, tumblers, and other drinkware are FDA compliant, lead- and cadmium-free. Our engraving and printing processes use safe, long-lasting finishes.

No — engraving is permanent and built to last. Some materials even allow for color fill to enhance the design.

• Engraved Slate & Bamboo: Hand wash only; avoid dishwasher or microwave.

• Mugs & Tumblers: Dishwasher safe, but we recommend handwashing to preserve vibrancy.

• Vinyl Lettering: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid harsh solvents.

Proofs are only provided if you:

• Select one of our Design Assistance services, or

• Request a proof at checkout.

If no proof is requested, your order will be produced directly from the file(s) you provide. Please double-check your files, spelling, and artwork carefully, as all sales are final once production begins.
