Proofs & Revisions Policy
To ensure accuracy and timely production, all custom orders requiring design review follow the proof and approval process outlined below.
What Is a Proof?
A proof is a visual preview of your design showing layout, text, sizing, and placement before production begins. Proofs are delivered digitally through our secure review system.
Approval Is Required
Production does not begin until your proof is approved.
Approval must be submitted through our proofing system.
Email replies or verbal confirmations are not considered approval.
How to Review Your Proof
When your proof is ready, you will receive a link to review it.
You will be asked to select one of the following:
Approve – Confirms the design is correct and ready for production
Approve with changes – Requests changes
Revisions Required – Requests changes
Rejected – Requests changes
⚠️ Any option other than Approve is treated as a revision request.
Design Assistance & Included Revisions
If you purchased Design Assistance, revisions are included based on your selected tier:
| Design Assistance Tier | Included Revisions |
|---|---|
| Basic Setup | 1 |
| Standard Layout | 2 |
| Full Custom Design | 3 |
Once included revisions are used, additional changes require purchase of extra revisions.
Proof-Only Orders (No Design Assistance)
If you requested a proof without purchasing Design Assistance:
No free revisions are included
Any requested changes require an additional design revision purchase
Production will resume only after revision payment is completed
Deadlines & Locking
Proofs include a response deadline.
If a proof is not approved before the deadline, it may be locked to prevent production delays.
Final Approval & Changes
Once a proof is approved:
Production is scheduled
No further changes can be made without additional revision charges
Timeline adjustments may apply
