At PrecisionMade DFW, we take pride in producing high-quality custom products with care and precision. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are customized, engraved, printed, or produced specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
Incorrect size or specifications submitted by the customer, unless a proof was requested and approved before printing.
Typos, misspellings, or low-resolution artwork provided by the customer, unless a proof was requested and approved before printing.
Proofs are only provided if the customer selects our Design Assistance service or explicitly requests a proof prior to production. Once production begins without a proof request, all sales are final.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once work has started on your product (printing, engraving, cutting, or 3D printing), cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 business days of delivery.
You must provide:
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
After review, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement product at no additional cost
A store credit toward a future purchase
A refund to your original payment method
4. Incorrect Orders
If we make an error (e.g., wrong product sent, engraving/print does not match the approved proof), we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.
If the error is due to the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling in submitted design, low-resolution artwork, wrong size ordered), we are not responsible and refunds/replacements will not be issued.
5. Shipping Issues
We carefully package each order to ensure safe delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
6. 3D Printed Products
3D printed products are made from customer-provided print-ready files only (STL, STEP, or public model links).
We are not responsible for design flaws, sizing errors, or functional limitations of customer-provided files.
3D printed products are not certified for food, medical, or safety-critical use and are sold “as-is.”
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the print is damaged or defective due to our production process.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Because all of our products are custom made-to-order and personalized, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
The only exceptions are those already defined in this policy, such as products that arrive damaged or defective (see Section 3: Damaged or Defective Items).
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom printed or engraved products
Personalized design products
Vinyl, label, or sticker sheets (opened or unopened)
Digital design services (Basic Setup, Standard Layout, Full Custom Design)
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

10. Policy Updates
PrecisionMade DFW reserves the right to update or modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
