At PrecisionMade DFW, every order is made-to-order with care and precision. Below you’ll find important details about our shipping process, timelines, costs, and standards.

1. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

  • Most products are produced and ready to ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Larger or more complex orders (e.g., bulk engraving jobs) may require additional time. You will be notified if extended production time is necessary.

  • Turnaround time begins once:

    • Full payment has been received, and

    • Any required proofs have been approved (if applicable).

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best service for your location and order size.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight and size

    • Delivery location

    • Chosen shipping method

  • Any promotional free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery time depends on the carrier and method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically ranges from 2–7 business days after shipping.

  • Please note: PrecisionMade DFW is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

5. Local Pickup

  • Local pickup is not available. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best service for your location and order size.

6. Packaging Standards

We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely:

  • Fragile items (e.g., mugs, tumblers, plaques, slate products) are packed with protective padding.

  • Printed materials (e.g., stickers, invitations, window and door lettering) are packaged in rigid mailers or protective sleeves to prevent bending or damage.

  • Bulk orders are securely boxed and reinforced for shipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, PrecisionMade DFW is not responsible for loss, theft, or delays.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please follow our Returns & Refunds Policy to request a resolution.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution options will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

8. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During holidays and peak seasons (such as November–December), production and shipping times may be longer than usual due to higher order volumes and carrier delays.

  • We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

  • PrecisionMade DFW cannot guarantee delivery dates during these periods.

  • Tracking updates will be provided, but once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
